The Conners 3 is a multi-informant (parent, teacher, self) behavioral assessment. Teacher forms and parent forms can be used for examinees 6 to 17 years, and self-report forms may be used for examinees 8 to 17 years of age. Typical administration time is approximately 20 minutes.
